Puppy Intro Groom
This service is for a first time puppy grooming visit. This visit is all about basic exposure to the grooming process and is fully led by what your puppy is comfortable with. During this visit we will aim to bath, blow dry and hygiene tidy areas on your puppy, however only some of these steps may be achieved depending on how your puppy responds to each step. We will provide you with a full report after the groom, including areas that need more exposure and how to best do this.

Cancellation policy:
As a small business, late cancellations and rescheduling have a direct effect on our workflow. The following fees will apply:

Cancelling or rescheduling within 24 hours of your appointment will incur the full cost of the groom, to be paid prior to booking your next service

No shows will be charged the full fee for their booked service, payable within 24 hours of the missed appointment.
