Ebony has always known she wanted to work with animals. After 13 years in the Veterinary Nursing industry and running her own successful pet care business, she forged her own path in dog grooming. She completed her qualification at the Australian Dog Grooming School under the highly esteemed Nicky Renwood and has been grooming for over 6 years. Ebony takes a holistic approach to every groom, it's not just about the hair, it's about the whole dog. When she is not working, you will find her spending time with her 3 young children or cuddled up with her own dogs, cats and lizard.

Jess joined The Groom Room in 2023 and has been a highly valued team member to the salon. Jess is the magician behind the scenes, quietly scrubbing your pets clean and easing their worries with her calm and relaxed energy. Jess has a wealth of knowledge around specific breeds and coat care management. If there is a knot, Jess will find it and make it disappear (like I said, magician). When Jess is not working you will find her spending time with her 2 children and attending dog shows with her Italian Greyhounds.
